One year on all Irrigation - The Homeowner shall provide all necessary care and the watering of plants, trees, and sod upon completion.

Two years on all Hardscape - Arizona Accents, LLC will not be bound by the warranty in the event of negligence or improper care and watering by Homeowner. 90 Day on Plants and Trees - Arizona Accents, LLC will not be liable for loss of plants, trees, or sod due to drought, freezing, fire, frost, wind damage, vandalism, or facts beyond the control of Contractor. COST & PAYMENTS

Clarifications:

1. Arizona Accents, LLC, price includes all materials, labor, and taxes to complete all work according to specifications and materials incorporated herein or attached in accordance with the plan concept.
2. Any alteration or deviation from the plan or contract involving extra costs will be executed on a signed addendum and may become an additional charge over and above this contract amount
3. It is the responsibility of property owner to ensure the plans comply with any applicable Codes, Covenants, and restrictions of their Homeowner's Association. (HOA)
4. The design submitted with this proposal is exclusive property of Arizona Accents, LLC, and may not be used in whole or part without the express written consent of Arizona Accents, LLC.
5. Arizona Accents, LLC shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to: acts of nature, threat to inclement weather, accidents, delays caused by Homeowner, non-issuance of all required permits, lack of availability of construction materials, or other delays beyond Contractor's control.
6. Grade, drainage, and flow of water, at the above-listed project address, are the responsibility of Homeowner, Developer and/or HomeBuilder. Arizona Accents, LLC will maintain the grades, drainage, and water flows provided. Under no circumstance, will Arizona Accents, LLC be held liable for damages that may occur due to improper grades, drainage, or water flow. Any issues or concerns with grade, drainage, or water flow shall be addressed before work commences.
7. Homeowner understands and agrees the final payment shall be paid upon substantial completion of this work.  Any other payment arrangements must be outlined on this contract at the time of signing.
8. All Landscape materials installed or not remain the property of Arizona Accents, LLC, until paid in full.
9. All gas lines, gas extensions, gas logs, propane tanks, and their installation are the responsibility of the Homeowner.
